Pastor Joe Fox puts one out there about what “we” used to be, what “we” are now and what “we” should be striving for.
P.S. Just because someone isn’t carrying 100 lbs of excess body weight doesn’t mean they don’t need serious PT improvement. If the standard is being able to drag an injured loved one to safety, the 98 lb weakling who can’t lift a heavy pack over his head isn’t much better off than the guy who is over-weight and will stroke out before he makes it to the end of the block.
Fat and weak are pretty much synonymous in my book. Everyone can improve. Everyone.
